This is a small tool, kind of like MS Paint except you use raw file data instead of colors.

It has been compiled for three platforms but I've only tested the Windows one.
Windows - Linux - MacOS
Don't use big files, that might freeze the software for a long time.
The exported files will appear next to the program, named "result.png" and "export.gif".

The resulting animation is obtained by equally shifting each memory address 20 times.
