This zip contains a template for a blog (you might call that CMS) written in PHP.
You can use it to post text, pictures, use tags, register everything in a .rss feed.
It doesn't have much to offer and is probably not very secure.
But on the upside it's lightweight, simple, customizable, and has only a .xml as a database.
